Research Interests

My research focuses on landscape evolution with an emphasis on identifying the tectonic signal in the landscape. The host student will participate in field campaigns in the Atacama Desert to collect bedrock samples for thermochronologic and cosmogenic isotope analysis.

Facilities & Resources

Field campaigns will be funded by a Fondecyt project run by the PI. The rest of the time the student will work in the Andres Bello University in Santiago Downtown involved in pre- and after field campaigns activities.
