The first SZ4D Industry Engagement Forum took place on Friday December 1 at 12PM PT on Zoom. Diana Roman (Carnegie Institution, SZ4D Vice Chair) and Paul Bodin (University of Washington, SZ4D Operational Planning Committee) presented an update on the current status of the SZ4D instrumentation array, and provided insights into the scale, location, and general deployment strategy. A Q&A panel provide an open forum for questions and feedback. This public event, open to all, was specifically designed for manufacturers interested in learning more about SZ4D instrumentation needs.
