Thank You for Joining the Magmatic Driver of Eruption (MDE) Open-Mic Event

The Magmatic Driver of Eruption (MDE) working group of SZ4D hosted an open-mic Zoom event to explore geographic opportunities for comparing magma supply, storage, and pre-eruptive behavior between specific volcanoes or arc segments. The discussion aimed to better understand how transcrustal processes initiate eruptions.

The event featured a panel discussion with distinguished experts working on volcanoes in Chile, Ecuador, and Costa Rica, followed by a Q&A session with contributions from the audience.
