During the town hall, the organization and programmatic elements outlined in the October SZ4D Draft Report were discussed, and feedback was solicited through breakout sessions. Given the ambitious vision for the SZ4D program, the importance of a management structure and governance enabling community oversight of infrastructure, research, and coordination was emphasized. Input was specifically sought on a proposed model for implementing SZ4D governance, designed to be transparent, inclusive, and to foster communication and partnerships both domestically and internationally.
