Research Interests

Cryospheric surface processes, multi-spectral remote sensing, snow albedo and melt, deposition of dust and black carbon on glaciers leading to snow/ice darkening, glacier ablation, such as on glaciated volcanoes in the Pacific Northwest.

Hosting Period

During the academic year, (January to April and September to December).

Facilities & Resources

Desk space in the Aerospace Building, group meeting rooms, access to remote sensing image archive (and other datasets) for the research projects.
