Research Interests

We would seek to host a visitor to carry out a project investigating the seafloor surface and subsurface expression of active fault systems, comparing some aspects of the Cascadia, Alaska, and/or Chile forearc regions in the offshore. The project would employ seismic reflection and bathymetric interpretation techniques using data we have in hand, as well as other open access active-source imaging and surface datasets we may be able to access.

Hosting Period

N/A -- but not August or September.

Facilities & Resources

Access to computers and to Kingdom, ArcGIS, 3D MOVE, MATLAB-TopoToolbox, and other software packages that are appropriate for the described study.
