Objectives

Connect with fellow early-career scientists over free lunch, and meet mentors who will share career insights and answer your questions

Join SZ4Grads for the annual Early Career Networking Lunch at the AGU Fall Meeting in New Orleans!

This is a unique opportunity to connect with peers and senior scientists from across the subduction zone community, learn about SZ4D initiatives, and build meaningful professional relationships. Whether you’re looking for collaboration ideas, career advice, or engaging conversation, this event is the perfect chance to expand your network - and lunch is on us!

Be a Mentor during the event

We’re looking for established scientists to volunteer as mentors during the event. Mentors will share career perspectives, answer questions, and help facilitate discussions.

Are you interested in participating as a mentor? Please reach out to contact@sz4d.org with any questions or to get involved.
